Get Rid of Your Gut
by Heidi Johnson
Let's face it, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Americans are overweight and no one really knows what to do about it. There are certainly many theories about what people think you should do. You need to understand where all this fat comes from, how you can get rid of the source and how you can keep it off.
Many people don't realize that when impurities come into our bodies through air, water and food our body has to figure out what to do with this foreign substance. Our bodies end up using fat cells to enrobe the impurities. Those fat cells aren't going anywhere because they are doing their job. So no amount of diet or exercise is going to get rid of the source of our weight and gut.
How do we get rid of the source? Some people will tell you to do colonics or take drugs to get our bodies "cleansed". Basically you need to flood your body with nutrients so that it can release those fat cells and give you a jump start on your weight loss goals. Remember your body craves nutrients not calories. Since our soils are depleted it takes a ton more food to satisfy our craving for nutrients than it used to. Not to mention the fact that some of our food consists mainly of chemicals being mixed together and is being called food. The man who formulated the best body cleansing system actually came upon it by accident. He created it to save his life and found that a side effect of cleansing is weight loss. This is quite different from many other companies who set out to find a way to make money by producing a product that really doesn't do anything for you. Believe me, I've tried them.
Once you reach your maintenance weight using the correct body cleansing system you can maintain that weight so much easier because the main source of the weight gain is gone. It would be nice to be able to just do one body cleanse and not have to maintain that, but given the world we live in and the way we eat we need to probably do 1 cleanse day a month with some other support products that cost what most people spend and Starbucks in a day.
